ehey.. drinking a … ehey.. drinking a glass of water jst after u wkeup is good., it flushes toxic in the body,.. it also help lose your weight and avoiding your body to eat much
well you say coffee … well you say coffee with its waer will hydrate you, there is some truth in that but it will cause you to lose water through urinating as it is a diuretic
Take 10 people off … Take 10 people off the street and test them. They will all be in a state of dehydration. We need far more water than what we drink every day. We hurt our bodies when we don’t consume it.
No your not, the … No your not, the brain requires carbs, when you fast the brain doesn’t have any and that can cause the headache. Fat itself is not a toxin.
Fat traps toxins … Fat traps toxins inside of it. That’s why you don’t want to eat a lot of beef or chicken fat from animals that are given hormones. Ever hear of fat soluble vitamins? Fat can trap some vitamins (as well as toxins) and will accumulate in your body. When you are fasting, you get a headache because you’re literally poisoning yourself with the toxins being released from your fat.
Fats are no toxins … Fats are no toxins , they are one of the 3 macro nutrients we all should eat . Proteins , Carbohidrates and Lipids( FAT) .
Fats are necessary for the joints, skin , covering our organs and plenty of other stuff.
By following your logic, we would be washing off what is good for us…
and BTW, if your diet is high in sugar or sodium, you will retain much part of the water
.
@Phyle9 , what are your sources? You look so convinced of what your are (mis-)informing..
Fat loss is a … Fat loss is a result of a caloric deficits created by activity above and beyond calorie consumption and/or calorie consumption less then calorie burn though activity. Water has NO place in that equation. ANY of the best fat loss experts in the country, from Clarence Bass to Covert Bailey to Steve T. above, are so sick of this question they won’t even comment on it anymore. How this all got started and by whom is the biggest question. Toxify-detoxify, water this-water that…it’s all bullshit.
You explain the … You explain the theory behind why it is believed that a lack of water can contribute to a lack of fat loss, but fail to explain your view of why you believe this to be false.
You then make the assumption that because most Americans drink a lot of water and are not thin, then the water is doing nothing towards fat loss. How do we know that they wouldn’t be fatter without the water?!
I wouldn’t call … I wouldn’t call myself an expert but i know a couple of things. Yes fat is not a toxin but the body can have toxic things inside us, an example is 02*, or oxygen(2)*. These are known as free radicals or superoxide radicals that can heavily damage cells. They must be binded. This is why it is recomended a glass of wine because although alcohol is never good (it is also toxic, there are many antioxidents thankfully that can help.
Supplementing vitamin C, beta-carotene and vitamin E will help.
Thank you.
I think … Thank you.
I think you are an expert.
There are no toxins stored in the body nor in the fatcells.
Thx for the info. That’s good news…
You have no idea do … You have no idea do you 0.o fat is not a toxin, it is a highly condenced molecule. Their name is a Lipid. They contain ruffly 37 kJ per gram. The body stores these lipids because when in time of need, they are so dence that the body can store large amounts of energy inside a small space. Seeds are a good example, they contain the energy needed for life in a plant, in a small space.
Please understand biology before giving out useless infomation that confuses people.
I am not kidding … I am not kidding you.
Fat cells are toxins that your body ‘captures’ in a capsule. These can be sugars, pesticides, cooked food restants or any other stuff your body doesn’t want to enter the bloodstream.
When you detoxify, your body indeed thanks you very much for giving it a lot of water so it can drain the crap out.
not only that water … not only that water tastes good too! soda and juice may taste better, but water tastes good, and its good for your body, WATER FTW =D
@TheyCallMeSnotty … @TheyCallMeSnotty quit using anti-persperant and use deoderant instead, anti-perspirant contains aluminum which, clogs your pores wherever you use it.. usually your armpits.. which makes you sweat more in everyother part of the body.. i had the same problem.. check the label make sure it doesnt contain ALUMINUM
